Upload in conventional way
It is easy and convenient to upload files using web interface. While you are logged in, you can switch into Files tab. Then, choosing ‘Browse’ and ‘Upload file’, you can upload file of any kind. The administrator can also define maximum attachment size.
Upload using drag&drop
If you are using Firefox 3.6 or you have Google Gears installed in your browser, you can upload files by dragging them directly onto file’s panel.
Searching uploaded files
It is important to find uploaded files fast. In MeetingRoom, you can specify search criteria that include:
- Creation date ranges
- Expiration date ranges
- User who uploaded the file
Mazio
Mazio is an open source application created by Janusz Gorycki. It is written in .Net and its primary aim is to capture screen shots, modify them (by adding text/arrows etc.) and upload into MeetingRoom, JIRA and other services by pushing one button.
